This Inspection indicates the condition of the Premises on a visual basis only and is not intended to convey to the Lessor that an item is compliant with legislation or safety standards or is in proper working order.

The Agent is not a licensed Building, Pest or Pool Safety Inspector and is not qualified to give information in this regard. The Lessor should arrange annual inspections by licensed inspectors & tradespersons.

The Owner should ensure Local Government inspections have been carried out to confirm compliance with the Building Act 1975 & Building Regulation 2006 as amended with respect to pool safety standards. Note: Failure to comply can result in substantial penalties.
