1.

Open the ADLInspect Manager

Connect the Mobile Device to the Desktop Computer and wait for the device to successfully synchronise with the ADLInspect Manager

Highlight the completed inspections, from within the 'Mobile Inspections' section of the ADLInspect Manager, that you wish to retrieve from the Mobile Device (multiple inspections can be selected)

4.

Right click on the highlighted inspections and select 'Send to Computer'

A window will appear asking if you would like to Overwrite the Inspection File

Click 'Overwrite' to overwrite the original file on the Desktop Computer

Click 'Save As...' to make a copy of the original file on the Desktop Computer

The inspection will move from the 'Mobile Inspections' section to the 'Inspection Library'

6.

Repeat steps 3 to 5 until you have sent all the completed inspections to the 'Inspection Library'

7.

Once the device has finished synchronising and all the inspections have been retrieved successfully, disconnect the Mobile Device from the Desktop Computer
