This feature allows a user to export a form into a format so a user can view the form without using ADLForms.
Note: It is important that the user you are transferring the file to has a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader installed so they can view the file (downloadable from www.adobe.com).
1.

Open the ADLInspect Manager

Highlight the inspection, within the 'Inspection Library', that you wish to email
|
3.

Right click on the highlighted inspection and select the appropriate form from 'To PDF' within the 'Print' option

It will prompt you to save the form
Choose the folder you wish to save the form in, give the form an appropriate file name and click <Save>
|
5.
|
Create a new email with the email program that you use, then add the saved form as an attachment
