You can make a number of changes to the Inspection Display defaults. These options include:

Detail

Do Not Prompt to Add Folder to Monitor List When Adding Files To Library

 

By default if you add files to the ADLInspect Manager Library, from a folder that is not currently monitored by ADLInspect, it will prompt you to add the folder to your monitored folders list.

Do Not Prompt to Import Comments Into Blank Report

 

By default when sending blank inspection reports to the mobile device, ADLInspect will prompt you to import comments from another report.

 

Inspection Date Range Filter

 

Here you can set the number of days before and after today's date that you want to default in the Search By Date filter. When this filter is applied only reports that fall in this timeframe will appear in your 'Inspection Library'. By default it is set to the current week.

 

 

Inspection Display Setup:

Open ADLInspect

 

2.

Select Options from the ‘Tools’ menu within the ADLInspect Manager.

 

3.

Set preferences as required

 

4.

Click <OK>
