Open the ADLInspect Manager

Highlight the inspection, from within the 'Inspection Library', you wish to delete an action from

Right click on the highlighted inspection and select 'View/Edit Actions'

(Refer to View / Edit Actions for more information on the 'View/Edit Actions' window)

Using the TreeView, find the action you wish to delete

Highlight the action and click <Delete>

A prompt will appear asking you 'Are you sure you want to delete this Action Request?'

If you have selected the action you wish to delete then click <Yes>

Once you have deleted all the actions required, click <Close>
