Add Monitored Folders

Setting up Monitored Folders within ADLInspect allows you to always have access to the latest files. If you monitor the appropriate folders ADLInspect will automatically update edited reports and add new reports into you 'Inspection Library' when opening the program.

 

To add folders to your 'Monitored Folders' list follow the instructions below;

 

1.

Open the ADLInspect Manager

 

2.

Click on the <Add To Library...> button and select 'By Searching & Monitoring Folders...'

The list of 'Monitored Folders' will appear

 

To add a folder click <Add...> and then 'Browse...'

 

4.

Select the folder you would like to monitor and click <OK>

 

This will add the selected folder into the 'Monitored Folders' list

 

Continue adding folders until you have added all of the required folders that you wish to monitor

 

5.

Select, for each monitored folder, whether you would like to monitor the Sub Folders

 

6.

Once you have added all of the required folders to the 'Monitored Folders' list click <OK>
