This Inspection indicates the condition of the Premises on a visual basis only and is not intended to convey to the Principal that an item is compliant with legislation or safety standards or is in proper working order.

The Agent is not a licensed Building, Pest or Pool Safety Inspector and is not qualified to give information in this regard. The Principal should arrange annual inspections by licensed inspectors & tradespersons.

With regard to services (e.g. Electrical, plumbing & smoke alarms) comments will only be made by the Agent where defects, faults or damage are visually apparent and will be noted in the General Comments area.
