This Routine Condition Report is not prepared by a Building Consultant and as such does not constitute a Building or Pest Inspection Report.  This report is solely for the purpose of ascertaining the suitability of the Property for rental.

(3)

The Owner should comply with Part 8, Division 2 of the Building Regulations 2012 in respect to swimming pools and spas.
