The Agent is not a licensed Building, Pest or Pool Safety Inspector and is not qualified to give information in this regard. The Lessor should arrange annual inspections by licensed inspectors & tradespersons.

With regard to services (e.g. Electrical, plumbing & smoke alarms) comments will only be made by the Agent where defects, faults or damage are visually apparent and will be noted in the General Comments area.
