1.

Open the ADLInspect Manager

Connect the Mobile Device to the Desktop Computer and wait for the device to successfully synchronise with the ADLInspect Manager

Highlight the inspections, from within the 'Inspection Library', you wish to send to the Mobile Device (multiple inspections can be selected)

Note: If there are no reports to choose from, you will need to Add Inspections to the 'Inspection Library' before proceeding

If you are only sending Routine Inspections to the device, right click on the highlighted inspections and select 'Send to Mobile Device'

If you are sending Entry/Exit Inspections to the device, right click on the highlighted inspections and select either 'Start of Tenancy Inspection' or 'End of Tenancy Inspection' from the 'Send to Mobile Device' option

The inspection will move from the 'Inspection Library' to the 'Mobile Inspections' section of the ADLInspect Manager

5.

Repeat steps 3 & 4 until you have sent all the required inspections to the Mobile Device

6.

Once the device has finished synchronising and all the inspections have been sent successfully, disconnect the Mobile Device from the Desktop Computer
