You can make a number of changes to the Email defaults. These options include:

Detail

Import Folder

This is the location that ADLInspect checks for mobile inspection reports that need to be imported back into the 'Inspection Library'.

 

Default Email Address's

When sending reports from ADLInspect via email this is the default 'from' and 'to' address's that will appear in the email.

 

SMTP Settings

 

These settings will need to be configured in order for ADLInspect's email feature to work.

Email Setup:

 

1.

Open ADLInspect

 

2.

Select Options from the ‘Tools’ menu within the ADLInspect Manager.

 

3.

Set preferences as required

 

4.

Click <OK>
