The ADLInspect system is an extension of ADLForms that allows you to easily complete ADLForms Entry, Exit and Routine Condition Reports on site using a ”Windows Phone 7” Mobile Phone. This system is comprised of multiple pieces of software distributed across both Desktop PC and Mobile Phone and as a whole is referred to as ADLInspect. The software included in the suite is as follows:

utilising software installed on a Windows Phone 7 Mobile Phone*. With features including Inspection Report Specific Predictive Text and Photo Capture capability you can produce more accurate and descriptive condition reports while saving your property managers' time.
When back
in the office it's simple to send completed condition
reports to ADLForms to view, modify and/or
print using the ADLInspect Manager or ADLInspect Lite programs.
The process helps minimise the time you spend on
inspection reporting and also helps you produce
more accurate and descriptive condition reports.

Write item comments as descriptively as you need
ADLInspect allows for up to 3,000 characters
per item. To allow for this ADLInspect
Manager & ADLInspect Lite integrate with ADLForms Expandable
Condition Reports. When printing, the item comment
fields will expand to accommodate the space required
to fit your item comments.
Use Inspection Report Sensitive Predictive Text to rapidly generate item comments
ADLInspect uses a dictionary of words & phrases common to inspection reports which allows for the rapid creation of
item comments where only words & phrases that are applicable to condition reports will be suggested.
The dictionary is fully customisable allowing you to add words & phrases specific to condition reports and can be edited on the fly using ADLInspect Mobile (add new words only) or using the ADLInspect Dictionary Manager provided as part of the desktop software.
This means you can easily tailor the product to
suit your individual needs!
