This Routine Inspection Report is not prepared by a Building or Pest inspector registered by the Building Practitioners Board under the Building Act 1993, and as such does not constitute a Building or Pest Inspection Report. This report is solely for the purpose of ascertaining the suitability of the Property for rental.

The Owner should comply with the Building Regulations 2006 in respect to Swimming Pools and spas.
