By signing this Agreement both parties warrant that they are currently licenced Real Estate Agents in accordance with the Property Agents and Motor Dealers Act 2000 Section 160 (1).

Clause 1

(1)
|
Property: all other inclusions or exclusions will be as described in the Contract of Sale.

Commencement Date: the date the last signature is obtained on this Agreement.

Clause 3
|
This Agreement can only be terminated by:
(a)
|
instruction to do so from the Seller; or
|
(b)
|
agreement between the Listing Agent, Co-Agent and the Seller; or
|
(c)
|
termination (including expiry) of an PAMD 22a Appointment of Real Estate Agent between the Listing Agent and the Seller.

Clause 4

4.1

The Selling Fee shall be payable to the Co-Agent from the Listing Agent upon Settlement of the Contract of Sale
|
4.2

Upon receipt of the Selling Fee the Co-Agent must provide the Listing Agent with a Tax Invoice for the full amount.
