It is not necessary to:

(a)	use a new tenancy agreement form (RTA Form 18a); or
(b)	complete a further Condition Report (RTA Form 1a or 1b) for the Premises; or
(c)	give the Tenant/s another Information Statement (RTA Form 17a or 17b).

if this Agreement is used, unless these requirements of the Residential Tenancies Act 1994 in Clause 2.2 (a), (b) & (c) above were not followed when the original Fixed Term Tenancy Agreement was established.

	Clause 1	By signing this statement before the End Date of the current Fixed-Term Tenancy Agreement the parties agree to renew extend the Fixed-Term Tenancy Agreement for a the new Term and to the new End Date at the new Rent and Rental Bond adjustment specified in Item (5) of this Schedule. The parties also agree that all terms and conditions stated in the current Fixed-Term Tenancy Agreement are still applicable.
